Community Rules & Disclaimer

1. SSP is for 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you are a legal adult in the country you reside.

2. SSP admins, moderators, service providers, and associates are not liable for any content posted by members.

3. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and pedophilia content is strictly prohibited. Any content sexualizing minors — including images, text, or links — will result in immediate and permanent account deletion with no warnings. This may also be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Posting pictures: Exercise discretion when posting images — especially those depicting excessive violence or graphic sexual content, including paraphilias (bestiality, necrophilia, etc.). 1st offense: warning. 2nd offense: automatic account deletion.

5. For questionable eligibility of pictures for certain topics, please ask any of the moderators.

6. Offensive and foul language is not allowed. Symbols may be used to replace letters, but excessive use of such words is considered abuse and will prompt disciplinary action. 1st offense: warning. 2nd offense: automatic account deletion.

7. Spamming will not be tolerated. Useless messages will be deleted without hesitation.

8. Warnings will be sent via private message. Failure to respond within 1 week will be treated as a 2nd offense, and the moderators reserve the right to act as they see fit.

9. Moderators can delete posts without prior explanation.

10. SSP reserves the right to modify, change, or delete any of the conditions stated in this disclaimer — with or without prior notification to members.

11. Please don't be an asshole by destroying the site.

This Disclaimer is stated as-is and is not subject to free interpretation. Members may contact SSP Admins, Moderators, or the Service Provider for inquiries. Inquiries not relevant to the procedures outlined above will receive no response.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SSP ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the Community Rules above. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

User Accounts

To use certain features of SSP, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

User-Generated Content

SSP allows you to post, share, and interact with content created by you and other users. You retain ownership of the content you create and post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant SSP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and providing the Platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it complies with these terms and all applicable laws.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities on the Platform:

• Posting content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or Platform systems
• Using the Platform for spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform or servers and networks connected to the Platform
• Collecting or harvesting user data without consent
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform without prior written permission

Content Moderation

SSP reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our content policies. While we strive to maintain a safe environment, we do not guarantee that all objectionable content will be identified or removed promptly.

Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, logos, trademarks, and all software and technology, is owned by SSP and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without our express written permission. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed on the Platform, please contact us with details of the alleged infringement.

Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SSP does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SSP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Australia.
